Juliana Koh is a qualitative researcher and impact practitioner with over 20 years of experience across Asia Pacific and the Middle East, spanning corporate, academic, and non-profit environments.

She is Director of Research at the Centre for Sustainable Finance and Private Wealth (CSP), where she advances work on mobilising capital for social and environmental outcomes, particularly within business families.

At Pandan Initiative, Juliana serves as Volunteer Lead Facilitator, designing and leading programmes that bring design thinking and values-based inquiry to underserved youth communities in Singapore—helping translate lived experience into agency, ideas, and action.

She holds a Double Master of Science in Behavioural and Health Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
