CEO

Lyn Sia Rosmarin is an entrepreneur and impact strategist focused on building the infrastructure that enables organisations to integrate purpose into strategy, governance, and capital decisions. As Founder of Pandan Initiative, she works with businesses, institutions, and communities to translate social intent into measurable, decision-useful outcomes.

Her work spans impact frameworks, programme design, and advisory engagements that support leadership teams in navigating growth, transformation, and long-term value creation. Lyn brings a cross-sector perspective shaped by a career spanning investment banking and the building of two ventures across regional markets.

She is particularly committed to developing the next generation of leaders, designing initiatives that equip youth and organisations to move from intention to action—creating impact that is both meaningful and sustained.

Design & Marketing

Yuwei Lin is a designer and visual creative who is passionate about shaping ideas through imagery, graphics, and thoughtful design. At Pandan, she brings impact narratives to life by crafting visual experiences that help organisations communicate their purpose, values, and social contributions in ways that are both engaging and intuitive.


Longjin Guo

Legal Consultant

Longjin Guo is a seasoned business lawyer with over 15 years of experience across corporate, commercial, regulatory, compliance, and intellectual property law, having supported organisations operating across Asia, the Middle East, and international markets. Beyond his legal work, Longjin is deeply motivated by the role businesses can play in society, and regularly contributes his time and expertise to pro-bono and community-driven initiatives that expand access to knowledge, opportunity, and responsible growth.


Juliana Koh

Volunteer Lead Facilitator

Juliana Koh is a qualitative researcher and impact practitioner with over 20 years of experience across Asia Pacific and the Middle East, spanning corporate, academic, and non-profit environments.

She is Director of Research at the Centre for Sustainable Finance and Private Wealth (CSP), where she advances work on mobilising capital for social and environmental outcomes, particularly within business families.

At Pandan Initiative, Juliana serves as Volunteer Lead Facilitator, designing and leading programmes that bring design thinking and values-based inquiry to underserved youth communities in Singapore—helping translate value and lived experience into agency, ideas, and action.

She holds a Double Master of Science in Behavioural and Health Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Evonne Tan is a seasoned private banking leader and Head of Barclays Private Bank in Singapore, with nearly three decades of experience in global wealth management. She specialises in delivering tailored investment solutions for ultra-high-net-worth clients, integrating sustainability and impact into holistic wealth strategies. A champion of purposeful capital and legacy planning, Evonne is a valuable advisor to Pandan’s mission to drive positive social and environmental outcomes through finance.


Nicholas Poh

Nicholas Poh is a social entrepreneur and founder of PULSE TCM, a modern integrated healthcare brand reimagining Traditional Chinese Medicine for today’s communities. After a decade in banking and entrepreneurship, he transitioned to healthcare to make holistic care more accessible and relevant.
