Theory of Change
We work at two levels.
At the micro level, we build bespoke impact measurement frameworks for individual organisations — small businesses, social enterprises, mission-driven SMEs. Each framework is customised to the organisation's model, its stakeholders, and the outcomes it actually generates. No two clients receive the same instrument, but each draws on the same underlying methodological stack and feeds directly into an SROI report.
At the macro level, we contribute to the shared methodological stack that this customisation work draws on — SROI, Theory of Change, True Profit, Economics of Mutuality, and the People · Patient · Profit framing we've developed in practice. Each engagement refines the stack. Over time, the stack becomes infrastructure others can use.
Impact measurement becomes a standard part of how small and mid-sized organisations operate — not a specialist exercise, but routine infrastructure for running a credible business.
A growing body of customised frameworks and case evidence makes impact measurement accessible to small businesses and social enterprises that previously found it out of reach.
Individual organisations move from describing their impact to measuring it, with frameworks that are defensible to staff, customers, partners, and funders.

Methodological stewardship — maintaining and refining the shared stack of methods (SROI, ToC, True Profit, Economics of Mutuality, 3P) that the bespoke work draws on
Case evidence — publishing the worked examples that lower the threshold for the next organisation
