A Year in the Making: Pandan Initiative Shares Its Journey With Those Who Shaped It
In 28 April 2026, Pandan Initiative Social Innovation CLG gathered its Board of Advisors and Founder’s Circle for an evening marking its first twelve months.
Over the past year, this group has given founder Lyn Rosmarin, something every new venture needs: space to think out loud, patience with half-formed ideas, and the honesty to help shape them into something real. Pandan was built in those conversations. Over coffees and candid questions such as “have you thought about it this way?” and “is there enough demand?”, the model was built, tested and refined, again and again.
The evening was a chance to show the advisors what those twelve months had become. Lyn shared how Pandan works with micro companies and social enterprises: sitting with them, understanding in depth what they do, explaining why capital formation and social impact matter, and building the systems that allow them to measure and demonstrate the value they create.
Many of these organisations are already doing remarkable work. What they often lack is the means to prove it. Closing that gap is Pandan’s purpose.
Making the invisible visible has been the mission from the very first day.
Pandan Initiative extends its sincere thanks to its Board of Advisors and Founder’s Circle for their generosity, counsel and belief over the past year.
